This is my blog for home building in Central Texas.  It will be a sort of diary of what we’re doing.

To start with – Branding.  Originally the name of our company was going to be “Nelson + Son Homes, LLC.  Then our son was calling it Son and Nelson.  At first, we pretty much laughed it off.  Then after sharing the story with a bunch of people they liked and thought it being different had more “stickiness” and hence more value than the more traditional Nelson and Son.

Due to our not entirely being sure what to call the entity, we’ve decided, for the time being having DealerCast LLC being the legal entity and getting a DBA for one or both.
